I've struggled with anorexia and bulimia for about six years, and this is my journey to being a more energetic, happy, balanced, fit version of myself, and I hope that I can help and inspire all of you out there striving for this as well.

Gotta love these silly government “days” off. Family Day? Haha.
Anyway, started out my day with some lemon ginger tea, Ezekiel bread with raw almond butter, and some stretching. Heading out in a bit to go for coffee, maybe get my hair colored, and I still need to pick up matcha powder.
