Brunch
For brunch today, I had steel cut oatmeal. I stayed home from school since I haven’t been feeling so great and took the time to make a nice brunch. Very simple, for every cup of steel cut outs you use 3 cups water. Directions on the package said cook 10-20 minutes at a simmer even though it took longer for me to get my oatmeal to the consistency I like.I then added dried cranberries, chopped walnuts and maple syrup. Enjoy!
Cocoa Banana Baked Oatmeal. (Yes, it’s vegan.)
And this is now my new favourite breakfast. Mmm.
